Lee Murray aged 29, has always had a creative flair matched by a burning entrepreneurial spirit. Lee gained alot of experience through many marketing & sales positions through his late teens & early twenties & founded his first design company '3LB' after realising art was his first love. 3LB quickly became Hampshires one stop shop for design & print. 3LB successfully gained over 80 clients in that time & received requests for the companys services from nationwide contacts as well as from abroad.
Lee came from a marketing & sales background & believes this has given him an advantage straight from the starting blocks. He quotes “I love talking to clients & understanding what they want, sitting down and massaging relationships”.
Lee decided to re-brand 3LB and opted for the name "Uber Studios" as this reflects his desire to take his vision & his business to the next level. Lee wants Uber to have international recognition & wont stop until he realises that dream.
